Will this work on a 2021 Sorento? Are they same as the 2020 Sorentos?

I have another option for you, but the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98843 for a 2020 Kia Sorrento will not fit your 2021 Kia Sorento as they use different mounting locations due to differences in the frame.
For your 2021 Kia Sorento I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C34ER which has a 600lb tongue weight rating and 4000lb trailer weight rating making it a great option for towing a trailer, carrying a bike rack, or carrying a cargo carrier.
If you are planning on towing a trailer you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # TK26FR and a hitch ball, ball mount, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
