Question:

Hi, I have a 2020 Ford Expedition Max EL with factory crossbars. Wed like to get the Thule Hullavator for our kayak but I understand it wont work with our crossbars. And your site says its not confirmed that the Thule Evo WingBar 150 60 fits the Expy despite Thules site saying it does. What are the crossbars I can get in order to have the Hullavator? Thank you.

I confirmed with Thule that the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 60" # TH711500 and Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 will fit your 2020 Ford Expedition with factory roof rails. This setup is compatible with the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier # TH898 so you won't have any issues using this setup on your vehicle.

The Hullavator requires crossbars that hang over the edge of the towers at least 4" on each side, so the Hullavator will not work with your factory crossbars since they don't hang over. I recommend using the setup mentioned above. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you.
