has two black, which is which? Old motor had a wite and black wires

Basically either wire can be used as a power wire since the motor can change directions based on which wire has power and ground.
What you will want to do is match the power wire of your current setup with the same post as the # BCD0314-00 and it should turn the correct direction. Otherwise it would be a matter of reversing the connections.
