I need both clockwise and counter clockwise what are the correct item numbers? I do need the 2 inch shank and the end threaded Also is all mounting hardware included? I dont see a backer plate shown in any photo?

For a truck bed camper T-handle that has the threaded shank as well as the counter clockwise design you'd want the part # BA37VR. Then for the clockwise version you'd want the part # BA24VR. These both have 2 inch long shafts and come with same key number too so they would match.
