Which is best? Do I run a hotline from the 6 pin connector to the inside of the cab of my 2019 F 150 or do I run a wire from the towed vehicle battery to the cab and run a hotline from the 6 pin connector to the F150 battery? My truck cigarette lighter does not stay hot when the key is off.

I believe what you are asking is how to run the wire for your 2019 Ford F-150 for the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25 to use the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332.
What you will do for the charge line kit is run the wire from your 6-pin to the circuit breaker that connects to the battery. Then you will run the wiring from the 12 volt outlet kit to the battery.
