Comparing Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kits

Question:
Im installing a charge line on my towed vehicle. I have a 7-6 cable, but my coach was not factory-wired with 12V at the 7-way connector, so I need to wire both vehicles. The tow car kit 156-25 is furnished with 14AWG cable while the RV kit 156-75 is equipped with 12AWG cable. Could you use 14AWG on both? Or 12AWG on both? Which is preferable? Roadmaster says the auxiliary charge line and the ground line on the 7-6 cable is 14AWG. It appears that both kits use a breaker. The breakers have a silver and a copper terminal. Is this significant when attaching the wiring? If so, how does it go. Thanks in advance for your help.

I took a look at the manual for the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Motor Homes # RM-156-75 as well as the manual for the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25. The kit for towed vehicles specifies 14 AWG wire while the kit for motor homes specifies 12 AWG and I recommend sticking to that gauge wire on both, particularly because it includes the wire with the kit.
As far as the breaker terminals there is not a significance in color difference because the 12 gauge and 14 gauge wires on each kit are going to be wired to both terminals on both circuit breakers in the same manner.
