My outer bearing is a L44649 and the inner is L68149. The seal is gs1719

There is still an option to find which bearings fit your axle, but without knowing the serial number of the axle you will need to pull one of the hubs.

Once you have pulled the hub you will need to look for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.

If you can tell me what bearing numbers your spindle has I would be happy to recommend the correct replacements for you.

Thanks for the information! For replacement bearings and grease seal you can use Bearing Kit # BK2-100 which includes inner bearing # L68149, outer bearing # L44649, races, and grease seal # RG06-050 which has the same 1.719" I.D. and 2.565" O.D. as your GS 1719 seal. You will need one kit per spindle. If in the future you need a new hub you will need Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
