Question:

My utility trailer has several cracked and broken Bargman #178 clearance light lenses. [30-17-814, 30-17-815, 34-17-808, 34-17-809] I can not find replacement lenses. Do they sell replacement lenses? Is there a compatible replacement lens? Do I have to replace the whole unit? If I have to replace the whole unit, Id rather replace them with something that offers replacement lenses so Im not replacing the whole unit again. Would the Optronics MC32AB be a good choice? What would you recommend?

I spoke with my contact at Bargman and the lenses on the Series #178 lights are not meant to be removed. Instead they make their lights very economically priced so that the entire unit can be replaced. Replacement lenses for these Bargman lights are not available.

If you would like to go with a unit that has replacement lenses available, the Optronics Rectangular Trailer Side Marker Light, # MC32AB and # MC32RB, would be a great option. These are a customer favorite! Replacement lenses are part # A32AB and # A32RB.
