Question:

Do you have a wet bolt kit to fit these axles. Also is it necessary for the equalizer to be replaced also. Attached are photos of my axle label.

I would be happy to help you find the correct wet bolt kit, but unfortunately that is not something that can be determined by the serial number of the axle.

Instead you will need to measure one of your current bolts. Typically these bolts are 9/16" diameter and are roughly 3-5/16" in length. If that matches the diameter of your current bolts then you can use 14 of the # 126B2 as replacement wet bolts.

You do not need to replace the equalizers unless they are in bad shape.

If you do decide to replace the equalizers, then you will just need to measure the distance center to center of the two horizontal mounting holes.

For example if you have 5-1/2" long equalizers then you can replace them with the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687.

If you go this route you can use wet bolt kit # LC64FR.
