Question:

Hello! I measured the hangers on my tandem axle XLR 27HFS and all of them were 3 1/4inch - this kit uses longer 3 5/8inch hangers for the middle ones. I have previously purchased the corresponding AP233 suspension kit. Is this still compatible or what kind of changes can I expect with the longer center hangers? Thanks!

Hey Ryan,

You want to keep all your hangers the same size they were previously or the suspension could get out of whack (to use a less than scientific term). So assuming the equalizer and shackles of the # AP233 are the same size you had, then replace your 3-1/4" hangers with the same size, and you can get that with the Front/Center/Rear Hanger for Double-Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Tall # 28-5.
