Question:
Installed the Ez Flex kit on my 2017 Nitro Z19 trailer. It lowered the trailer and now the tires are hitting the fenders. What do i need to do? I heard of some people raising there fenders but wanted to ask first.

Expert Reply:
To get your Dexter E-Z Flex Equalizer lower so the tires on your 2-17 Nitro Z19 boat trailer are not hitting the fenders I recommend having taller center hangers installed. Base on the pictures you provided it looks like your current hangers are pretty short. You will want to measure from the frame to the center of the hole in the hanger, and then use one of the options mentioned below as a replacement to get the clearance back.
The available options are the 3-1/4" tall # 28-5, 3-5/8" tall # 29-31, and 4-1/4" tall # E4139. You will need to have the hangers welded on by a qualified welder.
It may be possible to raise the fenders on the trailer to avoid the interference, but you will need to first make sure you have enough frame to axle clearance now that the axle is closer to the frame.
I included a few video reviews for you to take a look at.
