Drive Wireless RV Backup Camera Not Pairing With Monitor

Question:

The backup camera is not pairing. It keeps saying pairing failed. The monitor comes on but when we try to pair it to the camera it says pairing failed

It looks like you have the Drive Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 7" Screen # 324-000002. To pair the camera to your monitor, first make sure the camera is off and does not have power; this could be powered by running lights or reverse circuit so make sure the vehicle is in park with no power going to the camera.
Then go through the pairing process on the monitor; when the monitor starts flashing you should put power to the camera and it should pair.

If this doesn't work then let me know and I will dig deeper into the issue.
