The difference in the RAS kits for your 2011 Ford F-250/350 is the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit - Heavy Duty # RAS3611-SLHD fits trucks with the top overload springs and can fit dual rear wheel models, where the # RAS3611-SHD does not work with the top overload springs or dual rear wheels.
So if your truck has the top overload springs or has dual rear wheels you will need to go with the # RAS3611-SLHD, and if your does not have top overload springs or dual rear wheels you will want to go with the # RAS3611-SHD instead.
