Im searching for a 10x2.1/4 dexter drum with a four lug wheel pattern but cant find one .Do they

You will not be able to find a Drum/Hub assembly that has a 4 on 4" lug pattern and will fit a 10" brake.
The mounting flange for the 10" Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA is the same for the 7" Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-2. They both have bolt centers of 2-7/8"x2-7/8".
With the 7" brakes you can use the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 2,200-lb Axles # 8-173-16UC3 on spindles with the L44649(1.063") inner and outer bearings.
