Question:
What is the fully retracted length and fully extended length from the center of the pivot the the bottom of the wheels. I would like to read the instillation instructions how do I get them. Thank you

From the center of the mounting bracket (Pivot point) to the bottom of the wheels of the Extreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack w/ Dual Wheels - Sidewind - 7" Lift - 770 lbs - Zinc # ORJW350D is 9-1/2" with the jack full retracted, and is 21-1/2" with the jack fully extended.
There are not any written instructions for the # ORJW350D but I did included a few video reviews that go over the specifics of the jack for you to take a look at.
