I have another option for you, but the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57295 is only confirmed to fit select Ram 2500/3500 trucks.
For your 2015 Ram 1500 I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57365 which has the same 5000lb load leveling capacity, but is confirmed to fit your truck.
Since you have a 4" Rough Country lift you will need to add a spacer, but since lifts do not always raise the suspension by the exact amount they list you will need to install the helper springs and measure from the bottom of the helper spring to the top of the bottom mounting bracket. The available spacers are as follows:
2" Spacer # AL52420
4" Spacer # AL52440
6" Spacer # AL52460
To keep from having to manually fill your air helper springs every time you are ready to tow a trailer or carry a heavy payload I recommend adding an on-board air compressor like the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs- Heavy Duty - Dual Path # AL25856 which will allow you to adjust the air pressure in each helper spring from the comfort of your driver seat.
