Question:
I have a 2021 Ram Power Wagon. I plan to do zero off road. The worse I may ever see is a bumping dirt/gravel road. Do I have to use the cradle? Unlike the idea of having the bag secured to my axel

The Daystar cradles you've mentioned are just an aftermarket addition and not at all required when using the Firestone Ride Rite # F2598; in fact, manufacturers do not recommend using them and this would possibly void the warranty. Since you're not off-roading and needing the suspension to have a lot of articulation they shouldn't be necessary anyways, so you'll do just fine having the bags installed in a normal manner where your connections are at the frame, above the axle.
If you're wanting to add an air compressor system to this setup, the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote and Mobile App - Single Path # AL25980 is a great choice since it gives you the ability to inflate/deflate the bags via a wireless remote.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out.
