The Thule Force XT XL # TH6358B will fit your 2019 Toyota Rav 4, but you will have to set up your roof rack right. The Force XT requires a crossbar spread between 23-5/8" and 35-1/2". This is the measurement from the center of one crossbar to the center of the other. If you don't have a roof rack on your Rav 4 yet, we have you covered.

If you have a naked roof, you will need to get a SeaSucker system # 298-SX6000B. These are more simple to install than the others and these bars can be used on any hard top vehicle.
