The Thule Force XT XL # TH6358B will fit your 2019 Toyota Rav 4, but you will have to set up your roof rack right. The Force XT requires a crossbar spread between 23-5/8" and 35-1/2". This is the measurement from the center of one crossbar to the center of the other. If you don't have a roof rack on your Rav 4 yet, we have you covered.
If you have flush rails, I recommend The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 49" Long - Qty 2 # RRVA126B-2, The Custom RCP Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack RC and RV Series Roof Rack Legs - Fixed Mounting Points # RR42SV, and The RCH Legs for Rhino-Rack Crossbars and Pioneer Platforms - Fixed Mounting Points - Qty 4 # RRRCH4.
If you have raised side rails you can use the same Rhino Rack Bars # RRVA126B-2 and The Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Raised Factory Side Rails - Qty 4 # RRSX100.
If you have a naked roof, you will need to get a SeaSucker system # 298-SX6000B. These are more simple to install than the others and these bars can be used on any hard top vehicle.
