If you're wanting a roof rack on your 2003 Ford F-250/350 there will be some drilling required on any roof rack system. The Rhino Rack # Y01-120B comes with tracks which will install on your roof. Again, drilling required. Then you can use a kayak carrier like # S510. This comes with tie downs and can carry one kayak. Get two if you need to carry more than one kayak.
If you don't want to drill into your roof, you can just get the SeaSucker roof rack system # 298-SX6000B. This is SUPER simple to install and remove. Also, it can be used on any vehicle that's not a convertible. This roof rack will work with the Rhino Rack Carrier I suggested.
One issue you may run into is your back of the kayak hitting your 5th wheel. If this is the case, you will want to get a front hitch # 65022 and a load extender like # TH997. If this is the route you want to go you should get kayak pads # MPG314 for the extender and your roof rack crossbars. It will be much more secure having the top of the kayak facing down on the bars.
