The adapter fits fine, and even solves the issue where it thinks that the turn signals are not functioning correctly. But my backup camera still gets a spotty signal works great on all my other vehicles. Any other suggestions?

I spoke with the manufacturer and they said that if you're just having issues with just the 2018 VW Atlas when using your Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 4.3" Screen item # FOS43TASF then you need to use the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter w/ Power Switch for Furrion RV Observation Camera Item # FR87PR. There are multiple adapters that can fit in each car but only this model will specifically help with your vehicle.
Another solution would be to splice in the PWM Filter # VGR64VR behind the camera to provide a steady current for proper operation.
