Hi Michael!

The Dylux Dual Propane Tank Holder Mounting Kit for 20-lb Tanks # DY34FR can definitely be installed on the tongue of a trailer. It doesn't include any kind of brackets for doing that, but the 3/8? slotted holes makes it fairly straightforward.

What kind of trailer are you looking to install this on? And what are you going to be using propane to power?

I'm looking at a trailer with a single square 2" ID(ish) tube for a tongue. Looks like I would need to retrofit some sort of V bracket. Is there a product for sale, or would I just weld some angles on there? It would be for powering a blackstone 2 burner flat grill and a two burner range.

@MichaelM Gotcha. I don't think something like that is available, but it shouldn't be too terribly difficult to make something that will get you back on the road. Really, you could just bend a couple pieces of flat bar stock and drill mounting holes in them and you would be good to go.
