Troubleshooting Furrion RV Camera System Signal Issues

Question:
I have a 2022 VW Atlas and a 2022 Jayco 184BS pre-wired for Furrion Backup Camera. I am not having any luck to get a signal for the camera. I know it has power because when I’m in the camper it works. I live CURT Echo Mobile Electric Trailer Brake Controller required by NY. Do you have any suggestions I can do to get the camera to work? Thanks.

Typically when a Furrion Camera System # FOS43TASF has signal issues it's always related to the power. Newer model vehicles have been switching to PWM wiring which will allow the camera to power on but not quite enough for it to operate properly.
To fix this issue you'll just need to pull the camera out of the mount to get to the wiring and splice in the PWM Filter # VGR64VR. This filter provides a steady 12v current for the camera to properly operate and sync to the monitor.
