After a long drive to the campground, the last thing you feel like doing is maneuvering your RV into a tight campsite space - especially in the dark! This wireless backup camera system gives you peace of mind that you'll be able to back up more safely, even at nighttime or in other low-light conditions.

Monitor the Rear of Your RV

If you're set up at the campsite for the weekend, the motion sensor will automatically power the touchscreen monitor on if they sense movement in the form of a prowling animal or person.

Easily Communicate from Outside Your RV

Tired of yelling back and forth to your partner out the window as you're struggling to back in at a good angle? The built-in microphone on the camera and integrated speakers on the monitor allow a spotter to relay information or instructions to you from outside your vehicle. This makes it much easier and safer for you to back up in a crowded campground.

Avoid Collisions While Backing Up

No more wondering if you're getting too close to another vehicle, tree, curb, or your kid's bike while backing up. The rear assist marker lines take out the guesswork to avoid collisions and safely maneuver your RV. The lines are displayed in 3 different colors (green, yellow, and red) to help gauge the proximity of objects within your view.

Furrion RV Backup Camera Infrared LEDs

And because this camera has 8 infrared LEDs, you'll have a clear picture even in low-light conditions at dusk or in complete darkness at night. These LEDs provide ample illumination up to 16' should you arrive at the campsite after dark and need to back up into your parking spot. And during the day, the integrated IR cut filter blocks out the infrared light during the day so you'll still be able to have crips, natural-looking images.

Withstand Multiple Climates and Environments

If it's raining out, or if you just simply need to wash your RV, the waterproof, IP65-rated camera will be protected against low-pressure water jet sprays. And if you're driving through rough country roads, the camera will resist dust and dirt from building up or getting inside.

Installs Onto Your Windshield and RV Rear

Furrion RV Backup Camera Monitor Suction Cup

This camera system includes a suction cup mount that you can use to stick the monitor onto your dashboard or windshield. To power the monitor, simply plug it into a 12-volt light or cigarette lighter outlet.

Furrion RV Camera Installation

Because this system is wireless, installation is much easier than it would be with a wired system, as you'll only need to do minimal drilling and wiring. Just bolt the camera down with the included mounting screws and connect to your RV's reverse lights. Be sure that the camera won't interfere with any slide outs or other moving components. If you intend to use this system only for backing up, wire the camera to the reverse lights. If you prefer to use it to keep an eye on your rig on the highway, wire the camera to the running lights.

  • Why Does Furrion Vision S Camera Kit Require Adapter for Newer Chevy Truck
For the newer GM trucks like your 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500 you do need to use the Furrion GM adapter part # FR87PR with the Furrion Observation Vision S systems like the part # FOS43TASF that you referenced. This is the adapter that the video you mentioned was referencing. The reason is that the running light circuit of your trailer wiring is what powers the camera but GM doesn't have enough power on the running light circuit to power the camera. So this adapter helps draw power from...

The Furrion Vision Wireless RV Backup Camera System FOS48TA-BL is the older generation and will not work with the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera part # FCN48TASF which is the new generation. The only other option would be to upgrade to the new generation, the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera part # FOS43TASF for a 4.3 inch screen or the # FOS05TASF for a 5" screen. If you go with the # FOS05TASF, you can add an additional 3 cameras if you wish. We do offer just...

  • Why Would Furrion Vision S Side Cameras Light Up But No Camera Power On
The side cameras of the Furrion Vision S systems have three wires that run to them. A ground, a light power circuit, and a camera power wire circuit. My guess is the camera wiring has not been complete and that's why they aren't powering on. See attached picture.

  • What Backup/Observation Camera Do I Need for a 2017 Forest River Heritage Glen
Yes, the Furrion RV Observation Camera System part # FOS05TASF is exactly the system that you will need to use the pre-wired backup camera mounting bracket on your 2017 Forest River Heritage Glen. The part # FOS43TASF that is listed on the bracket is the same version as the above but with a 4.3" screen instead of the larger 5" screen. They both use the same camera, so you won't have any issues. The camera will plug into the bracket you have installed now without any wiring required. Once...

  • Replacement Camera for Furrion RV Observation Camera System FOS48TA-BL
I do have an option for you but replacement cameras for the Furrion RV Observation Camera System FOS48TA-BL are no longer available as they have been discontinued by Furrion. The Furrion Vision S Rear Camera w/ Sharkfin Bracket part # FCN48TASF will not work. Therefore, your only option would be to upgrade to a new system, the Furrion RV Observation Camera System part # FOS43TASF. • Are There RV Cameras Compatible With The GM Infotainment System
No, the only cameras that we currently have confirmed to work with a GMC Infotainment system are the cameras made by GM. You'll also need to check exactly which brand your 2022 Alliance Paradigm 5th wheel is prewired for. If you have a "shark fin" mount or a cover with "Furrion" on it then only a Furrion branded camera will work with the prewiring. If you have a cover with "Voyager" or "Jensen" on it then you would want to use a Voyager system. For Furrion you'll need the Furrion Vision...

The Monitor for your Furrion Vision S wireless Rv Backup Camera part # FOS43TASF is meant to come on as soon as it has a 12V power source. Some vehicles only power on the 12 volt accessory outlet when the vehicle is running; you want to check that fuse to see if it's blown, and if it's getting power. • Furrion Camera Has Power but Won't Pair
The biggest issue we see with the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera Systems like part # FOS43TASF comes from the wiring on the vehicle side, the running light circuit in particular. If it's less than 12 volts then the camera won't be able to pair. The fix for this is a built-in diode, the 12V PWM Filter for RV Backup Camera Systems part # VGR64VR. This is common on new Chevy vehicles and Mercedes.

  • Troubleshooting Pairing Camera and Monitor with Furrion Digital Wireless System
The Furrion Digital Wireless Backup Camera w/ Color LCD Monitor and Mounting Bracket - 4.3" Screen FOS48TAPK-BL being a wireless system may be experiencing some interference on the transmitting signal. • Is there a Way to Use Aftermarket Monitor With Furrion RV Observation Cameras
Rodney, you aren't the first and likely not the last to want this, but unfortunately there is no way to tie in your Furrion RV camera system to your Ford F-250. Furrion's camera systems are only compatible with their monitors like # FR97FR, so as much as you'd hate to have two screens, that realistically is your only option. If there is a way to tie in those cameras to an aftermarket monitor, Furrion, as well as ourselves, are not aware of how that would be done.

  • Furrion Backup/Observation Camera Working Intermittently on Volkswagen Atlas
It definitely sounds like the 12 volt trailer accessory circuit of your VW Atlas is at fault. This type of issue isn't uncommon for German vehicles as they make some of their circuits just more complicated. The easy solution is use the adapter part # C57003 which puts a bit more resistance on the circuit and will trick the vehicle into thinking there's a trailer connected and give the circuit the amperage and voltage more consistently.
