I have a different option for you, but the highest rated 15" x 6" or 7" aluminum or steel wheels with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern have load rating of 2150 lbs. These would be like the aluminum wheels # AM22651, # AM97XR, # AM22651B or the steel Dexstar #AM20522.
For a wheel with a load rating of at least 2800lbs you will need to go with a wheel that uses the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern instead like the Aluminum Viking Series Valhalla Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Silver Spoke # AX02560655BMMFL which has a load rating of 2830lbs. Wheels do not have a PSI rating, that will be limited to the rating of the valve stem you use. I recommend the # AM20906 as it is rated for over 100 PSI.
To recommend the correct replacement hubs to use the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern I will need to know the bearing combination your spindles use. The easiest way to find this is to remove one of your current hubs and look for the bearing numbers stamped in the face of each bearing as you can see in the included picture of the # L44649.
If you can let me know your bearing combination I would be happy to recommend the correct replacement hubs.
I included a video of the # AX02560655BMMFL for you to take a look at.
