Have 2001 Casita Spirit with Dexter Axle. Drums have 8-247 printed in raised letters on drum. Axle diameter is approx. 1.385 inches. Which grease seals will fit my trailer?

Sounds like you have the trailer hub part # 8-247-50UC3-EZ installed on your trailer. That means for a grease seal you would need the part # RG06-050.
