What Size Thread Tap Is Needed for Curt Hitch On 2017 Toyota RAV4

Question:
Two of the holes for the hitch on my 2017 Rav4 Hybrid have not been tapped Pass side. What size tap should I use to make the bolts work? I am using Bolt 10-10275

The correct size tread tap that would be needed for the weld nuts on a 2017 Toyota RAV4 when installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13149 is 12 mm x 1.25".
