For this item which is rated at 250 pounds, is that the new actual tongue weight? I have a present 350 pound tongue weight rating.

The Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks, # PVP20B, does have a max weight of 250 lbs. When using multiple components together the lowest weight rating will determine the max of the whole.
