Question:

I have a 4cyl 4x4 2017 tacoma. I was thinking of adding: Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 or Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 Eventually I might need this for light duty towing, but at first I would want to get a recovery strap just in case. Can I simply stuff the end of this strap into the 2inch hitch end and use the pin to secure it?

The best option to use a trailer hitch for vehicle recovery is with a hitch mounted tow loop, I recommend the MaxxTow Tow Strap Loop part # MT70029. This will allow the strap to shift freely inside the loop without issue.
