What locks and keys should I get. They have the caps on where locks go.

The Yakima Timberline Towers use the common SKS lock system. You just need Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 4) # Y07204 which comes with everything necessary for installing locks onto your towers. It includes two matching keys along with a master key which will be required to install the lock cores. You can see the entire process in the demonstration video I attached for you; the process is very simple.
