To determine if you have the Factory tow package on your 2020 Dodge Durango I would look under the vehicle between the spare tire and rear bumper for the factory connector. If you see the round connector about 1-1/2" in diameter with a blank plug than you do have the wiring.
If you don't have the vehicle or capability to look underneath it you can always contact a dealership with your VIN number and they can tell you every option that Durango came with.
If you have the factory connection I recommend the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket # HM40975. This will give you connections for both 7-way and 4-way trailer connectors. This system is required to be turned on by a Dodge dealership before use.
If you do not have the factory connector I recommend the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness # HM11142214 for a 4-way flat connector. But if you will have a need for a 7-way the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK22113 will be the one you will need.
