I would be happy to help!

To determine the correct weight distribution for towing your 29'10" RV with your 2020 Half ton pickup you will need to know the total tongue weight of your setup. Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your truck.

The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight measurement is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044, but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.

If you find that your total tongue weight is in the 750-1000lb range the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Clamp On - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # BXW1000 you were looking at would be a perfect option. This system does not include a hitch ball so you will need 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler on your trailer.

If your total tongue weight is over 1000lbs the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control - Clamp On - 15,000 lbs GTW, 1,500 lbs TW # BXW1500 would be needed and works with total tongue weights between 1000-1500lbs. You would still need a 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler of your trailer.

I included a video of the Blue Ox SwayPro systems for you to take a look at.
