Question:
Good morning, Thursday/Friday our 24ft Husky Cargo trailer was stolen. Thankfully we have located the trailer but they cut off all of the latches so that they could clean out all of our tools. Can this keyed lock replace the hinged pole locking system?

The Global Link Vise Lock you'd mentioned, part # 295-000024 would be a good addition, but it would only replace the puck-style lock you'd used. You'll still need to replace the latch kit with something like part
# PLR658-SSP. From your photos, it looks like they took a cut-off wheel to the latch handle.
Replacing your existing setup would leave the trailer doors similarly vulnerable.
I believe the best solution would be to use a layered approach secure the trailer to prevent or delay the trailer from being stolen in the first place. A coupler lock that encloses the coupler as well as a wheel lock that would make the trailer more difficult to tow away would be your best course of action here.
For a wheel lock, something like # 288-02020 would work well, as it fits tires up to 10-1/2 inches in width. For a trailer coupler, that lock you need will be somewhat dependent on the style of coupler used, but a coupler lock like # FA86-0015-320 would fit most trailer couplers up to 4-1/2 inches in width.
Locks are for keeping honest people honest. If a thief is truly determined, they're going to get your stuff, no matter what. The idea is to provide enough visual deterrence so that the thief will move on to an easier target.
You might also be interested in a GPS tracker system like # 300-AT3-S. This system will use 4G technology to allow you to track the location of the trailer. You can even set up a geofence that would alert you if the trailer leaves a specific geographical area. The system includes one year of service.
