Do The Bauer Products Locking Cam Latch # BA32FR & Global Link # 295-000024 Share Mounting Patterns?

I currently have Bauer AE locking cam latches on my trailer. will the global link vise lock use the same mounting holes as the bauer?

The mounting holes for the Bauer Products Locking Cam Latch # BA32FR are spread 2-13/16" horizontally for the top 2 holes and 3-3/4" from the center line of the top holes to the center of the bottom hole(see image).
The mounting holes for the Global Link Vise Lock # 295-000024 are spread 2-13/16" horizontally for the top 2 holes and 3-5/8" from the center line of the top holes to the center of the bottom hole(see image).
With the 1/8" difference in the length it comes down to the amount of play you might have between your mounting hardware and the holes.
