This carrier has a very impressive weight capacity of 80lbs per bike which will be enough to accommodate your Rad Runner Plus which weighs about 75lbs according to my research. It can also hold bike tires that are up to 5" wide, which will be plenty for your bike. You will need to use an adapter bar like # UB01 for your bike since it has an oddly-shaped step thru frame design.

This carrier has a few really neat features that make it stand out among other bike racks.
