I need rubber lube plugs for grease caps on a 6000 lb 8 lug axle. Can you tell me what part # I need? Thanks

A 6,000 lb Dexter hub uses the grease cap of the RG04-120 so for a replacement cap plug you'd need the # RG04-010.

The part you were looking at, Redline part #RG04-010 is designed to replace the caps on Dexter EZ Lube axles. If your trailer has Dexter EZ Lube axles this part will fit.

You are correct, the only difference between the #8-219-4UC3-EZ and #42866UC3-EZ is the ID of the grease seal. The #8-219-4UC3-EZ uses a grease seal that has a 2.125 inside diameter while the #42866UC3-EZ uses a seal with a 2.250 inside diameter.
