what is the difference between these two hubs? is there more than just a different inner seal? i notice there is a large price difference for just a seal difference. please advise on other differences

You are correct, the only difference between the # 8-219-4UC3-EZ and # 42866UC3-EZ is the ID of the grease seal. The # 8-219-4UC3-EZ uses a grease seal that has a 2.125 inside diameter while the # 42866UC3-EZ uses a seal with a 2.250 inside diameter.
