My wheel studs are 1/2 x 20tpi. After more intense searching I have found the following 24TA-BLKIT HBA-16 90885 K2HR712E plus bearings and seals. would these be correct for a 2010 Montana Big Sky with 2 Dexter 7000lb axles, ez-lube?

I can confirm for you that the parts you mentioned are exactly what you will need in order to add disc brakes to convert to an electric-over-hydraulic system on your 5th wheel with 7,000 lb Dexter axles. The hub and rotor disc brakes you mentioned are a fit for 7,000 lb axles, and will only require the bearings and seals, like you mentioned. I'm sure you know this, of course, but just to be thorough, since you have a tandem axle you will need two of the disc brake kits.
The brake line kit is also correct for a tandem axle trailer, and the Prodigy P2 brake controller is a great option that is completely compatible with the HydraStar actuator. So the exact parts you need are the following:
