I have a 2024 Brinkley z3100 RV that I want to purchase RoadMaster Slipper Springs w/ Shocks and disc brake conversion kit. Need help to determine product needed.

Hey Joel, we can definitely help with that. Since we know your 2024 Brinkley z3100 has tandem 7k axles the correct Roadmaster Comfort Ride system you need is the part # RM-2460-2570 which comes with everything you'll need.

Then for a disc brake conversion kit all you'd need is the Hydrastar kit part # HSE7K-T1 which comes with the best EOH actuator, hub/rotors, and everything else needed to convert to disc brakes.

Thanks for responding to my inquiry Jameson! My CURT axle has 9/16 Lub/U-Bolts will the 1/2 hubs work with my existing wheels? I also have a picture of the axle tag but not sure how to upload it for your review to ensure I have the right disc brake kit.

@JoelP Good catch, since you have 9/16 inch wheel studs you'd need to go a different route for the disc brake kit as what I mentioned wouldn't work as-is and would require you to go with different wheels. So instead for hub/drums what you'd want is the # KOD53FR. You'd need two of these one for each axle. Then for the actuator setup you'd want the part # HBA16-252-82 which comes with basically everything else from brake lines to breakaway kit etc.
