I have a solution for you, however, the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Passenger Side # 11902 is designed for a different vehicle and will not fit your 2016 Honda Pilot. While there are not any custom-made mirrors for your vehicle, I do recommend looking into K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair # KS3990 which is our most popular universal tow mirror. These tow mirrors use ratcheting straps to secure itself to your vehicle's factory mirrors. Installation is simple and it requires no tools.
