The mirror is molded to perfectly match the contours of your factory side mirror. Simply slide the mirror over your side-view mirror and use the custom-formed, felt-covered wedge to hold the mirror in place. This wedge wraps around the inside edge of your OEM mirror and can be tightened onto the mirror with an easily accessible hand knob.

Easy on line order. Good price and arrived a day ahead of schedule. Like that I could buy only the replacement for a damaged passenger side.

So glad I found these mirror extenders! Super easy to install and worked beautifully. We just did a 2000 mile trip pulling my trailer with no issues. The mirrors allow me to make safe lane changes.

The new towing mirrors look great! Slide on mirrors are the best because they're so easy to install and almost never need to be adjusted. I hope they serve you well for many trips to come!

2010 F150 Lining up the Thumb screw hole took a little work.. I did manage to get it all lined up With a little work and observation. I lined up the anti-slip plate with the thumb screw hole before I installed it, and marked The adjacent location with a sharpie. After realigning the thumb screw turned down all the way with little effect. Extension mirror looks sharp!! And is solid against the existing mirror.

3500 miles later.. works like day one! Great product.

They don't fit very well on my 2018 Ram. They extend towards to door past the edge of the original mirror and it has to go that far in order to get the retaining block in. That causes the truck mirrors to be covered about 1/2 inch. They also keep the mirrors from folding all the way. Having said that, they are still better than the strap on type because they don't vibrate.

Note: This is a duplicate review, as I purchased both the driver and passenger towing mirrors, photos have been submitted with the driver side mirror review...I received my order in 2 days, product looks good, matches the factory mirrors perfectly on my 2005 Silverado. Fit is tight, no movement after they're installed. The extended mirror stays put after adjustment, allows me to see both sides of my trailer and the traffic behind me. I think a slightly convex mirror on the passenger side would be a benefit, but I am very satisfied with the product. Made in the USA is a bonus! I would highly recommend this product and purchasing from eTrailer.

The CIPA mirrors for the Toyota Sequoia fit well. Adding a mini bungi cord for additional stability and security is a big help. However, I find the CIPA mirror too small to be of much use. I still rely on the OEM Toyota mirrors when driving and setting up. The CIPA mirrors may be more useful on other makes of tow vehicles.

Pleased to know this is the second set of these mirrors I have had on this 23 year old truck. The first set last 12 years. Very durable and helps to cover the blind spots while towing.

Sadly, I traded the 23 year old truck in with the mirrors. They worked perfect!

I’ve been using these for about a year now and I am very pleased. They look sleek and mostly keep a factory OEM appearance. The slip-on tow mirrors are a good and affordable option for people like me that are not towing everyday. The main goal was to get some extra width/extension to my view to allow for better visibility when towing my 25’ camper. Sure, an entire tow mirror replacement would work better but for the low cost and convenience of easy removal these are a great option. I’m very pleased. So far the plastic locking screw is holding up well and shows no signs of fatigue, holding it tightly against my factory mirrors.

I have purchased from etrailer.com before and was happy with their service. I was across country moving my son back to Idaho from Illinois and needed mirrors for towing a large utility trailer. Ordered from etrailer and unbeknownst to me, they were just down the road in Missouri. Had them the next day and am pleased with product. I’ll be using them again.

I have been using these mirrors for a year now mostly towing my Jayco RV trailer. Easy on and off and I dont have to worry about rubber straps getting old and deteriorating.

@Zane that's really good feedback, Taking them on and off can wear on the mirrors but glad to know these are dependable. We appreciate you choosing etrailer!

No problems with this mirror extension. I have a '24 Ram 1500 classic. Trailer us 8ft wide. This gave a better view than standard mirror. Be aware, left and right sold separately. Nice part is taking them off when you're not pulling the rig.

Excellent product! Fits perfectly on the mirrors of my 1995 F250. Took maybe five minutes to install both mirrors. Both fit very snugly.

That’s awesome, thanks for sharing the photo. Those look like they were made for that F-250. Love hearing it was a quick install too, five minutes and done is hard to beat. And a snug fit like that is exactly what you want so they’re not bouncing around while you’re driving. That’s a clean setup you’ve got there. What are you usually towing with the truck?

2016 GMC Sierra 1500
Directions were simple, assembly was quick, and the extensions slid onto the mirrors perfectly. My current setup didn’t allow me to change lanes or back up very safely. These mirrors get out past the trailer allowing me to do both in a much safer manner.

2016 Ram 1500
First, etrailer is a great supplier. Fast, efficient and stands behind products they sell. The mirrors are well made, easy to install and functional. I had an issue with the passenger side mirror would not adjust its angle. I thought I would break the mirror with the pressure I had to use to move it. The mirror would only go to full travel, so I was either looking at the neighbors lawn one way or the other way it was looking in the passenger windows. Called etrailer support, no problem, new one on the way. Problem solved.
by:
The installation of these mirrors was so simple. I was amazed at how quickly they were installed. It took me longer to open the box than it did to install. I do recommend getting a pair to anyone

We use these mirrors all of the time when we tow. They fit our Ford F150 truck mirrors like a glove. Unfortunately they can loosen up when traveling so you will need to check the screw on each mirror before traveling to your next destination. We have lost 2 of these in the 6 years we have had our camper for that very reason.

This product works well and allows you to see on the sides of the camper while towing. There a 2 negatives- 1- the mirrors are hard to reposition adjust to give one the best view and 2 Make sure they are screwed on securely as we have lost two of them due to not being secured enough.

  • Driver Side Towing Mirror For A 2002 Ford Excursion
Hi Charlie! The CIPA custom towing mirrors for your 2002 Ford Excursion were actually discontinued in 2023. As of now (09/2025), we still have two of the passenger side mirrors # 11902 in our warehouse and that is why they are still showing on our website. We sold the last driver side mirror 11901 (which is the part number for the driver side) back in March of 2023, but you may be able to find one out there in the ether. If you can't find one, we do have the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors...

Although we don't have a custom fit option like the # 11902 mirror for your 2017 Ford Flex, we do offer universal fit options that would work well for you. The universal fit mirror I recommend most often is the K-Source # KS3990 Dual Lens Towing Mirrors. The mirror attaches to the existing mirror housing using sturdy rubber straps, like many other mirrors do. What sets the # KS3990 mirrors apart is the ratcheting straps. The ratchets allow for a very tight fit, which greatly minimizes...

While there are not any custom-made mirrors for your vehicle, I do recommend looking into K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair # KS3990 which is our most popular universal tow mirror. These tow mirrors use ratcheting straps to secure itself to your vehicle's factory mirrors. Installation is...

  • Longview Original Custom Towing Mirror for 2002 Toyota Sequoia
The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror, # 11902 is a slip on design for the passenger's side, this product fits certain years and models of the Ford Excursion and Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks, not the Toyota Sequoia. For the Toyota Sequoia I suggest the Longview custom towing mirror, # CTM4000 they will extend past the factory mirror about or little more than six inches.

  • Towing Mirrors for 2010 Infiniti QX56
Unfortunately, there are no custom towing mirror options like the # 11902 for an Infiniti QX56. Your best bet would be to go with a universal fit towing mirror like the K-Source # KS3891-2. The mirror features sturdy ratcheting straps that allows it to fit very tightly to the housing of the factory mirror for minimal vibration. I've linked to a demonstration video featuring the mirror I recommended.

The CIPA # 11902 you'd looked at would fit the mirror shown in the provided photo, which is found on 1999-2008 Ford Super Duty trucks as well as the 2000-2005 Ford Excursion. It wouldn't be a fit for the 1966 F-100, but we do offer mirrors that would work. Because your existing mirrors are round, universal clip on mirrors wouldn't be a fit, but the CIPA # 11650-2 which actually attaches to the door via ratcheting straps would work.
