I have a solution for you.

While we do not have a pre-built weld-on swivel jack with a removable footplate, this can be assembled together with the following pieces:

1) Bulldog Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack, part # BD1541150301. It's a swivel jack with a 10" lift and 2000-lb capacity.
2) Pro Series Detachable Footplate w/ Pin for 2" Diameter Jacks, part # PS1400700340. It's a foot plate for 2000 - 5000-lb jacks.
3) Bulldog 2-1/4" Long, Weld-On Jack Pipe Mount for 2-1/2" Female Mount and 5/8" Pin, part # BD015279. This is the weld-on mount for the jack.
