I have a patriot 18k 5th wheel hitch. Have second flat bed truck. Will top of Patriot fit Replacement Base for BandW Companion Flatbed 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 25,000 lbs Item # BWRVB3055

The heads on the B&W Patriot and Companion are slightly different. Unfortunately, heads are not interchangeable between the two hitches. The replacement head for the Patriot is # BWRVC3200 and the replacement head for the Companion is # BWRVC3006.
If you want to go with the full kit for your flatbed, you would need # BWRVK3050.
