I would be happy to help!
To flat tow your 2007 Hummer H3 behind your motorhome you will first need a base plate kit of which I recommend the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit - Fixed Arms # DM9518193 which will pair perfectly with the Demco Commander II Non-Binding Tow Bar - Victory Series - RV Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # DM9511012. The # DM9511012 is a great choice due to its 6000lb weight capacity and its non-binding arms that allow you to quickly and easily unhook your tow vehicle even on un-even terrain. The # DM9511012 includes safety cables so you will not need to purchase them separately.
For tow bar wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154 which will add a 4-way connector to the front of your H3, and will connector to the 7-way connector on your tow vehicle by using a 4-way to 7-way adapter like # HM47065
Moving on to a supplemental braking system I recommend the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # HM39524 which is a proportional system meaning the braking force applied to the brakes in your H3 match the braking force you apply to the brakes in your tow vehicle. The only restriction I could find that is specific to Newfoundland is that the vehicle and motorhome need to be able to stop in a specified distance from 30 MPH.
Lastly you will more than likely need a high-low adapter to level your tow bar to your tow vehicle so I have included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.
It is always a good idea to check the recreational towing section of your vehicles owner's manual for any restrictions regarding flat towing, and for any special steps required to make your vehicle ready to be flat towed.
I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
