To install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55106 you will need to locate the connector in the rear hatch of your 2008 Honda CR-V. This requires the removal of some of the panels in your rear cargo area. It is located behind the panel on the driver side. I have attached an installation video that you can use as a reference.

i dissasemble all the panels, but couldnt find the factory adapter for tow lights it is supposed to be on the drivers side, in the back of the car, taped with blue or green tape, on my 2007 CRV.is it supposed to be on all CRVs? or just some models? oculd it be loose somewhere else? or in the right side not the drivers side.
