I currently have a bandw companion 5th wheel hitch. I have since upgraded trucks to a ram with the oem puck system. I can say my current bandw hitxh is heavy i dont want anything any heavier and i read the base alone on the bandw hitch is 140 lbs uhg! How much is the curt q25 weigh?

The Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package part # C16049 weighs about 200 lbs. I recommend the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package part # C16046 which is the newer model and only weighs 185 lbs. The head can also be removed with one pin to break that weight up some as well.
