I assume the trailer is a gooseneck as you would just use the factory fifth wheel hitch if that was not the case therefore I recommend using the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks part # BWGNRK1500. It will require support and bracing to be fabricated in place for installation.
