10 1/2 inch from pin box to ball. wIll ranch hitch with 8offset work?

Although having the 5th wheel perfectly level when hitched up on flat ground would be the ideal scenario, using the Ranch Hitch you mentioned, part # AM3139 would only raise the front of your 5th wheel up 1-1/4 inches above level, which is certainly close enough and would not cause any problems.

To determine if the adapter will allow you to make 90 degree turns without the trailer corner hitting the rear of your truck cab, you can use the formula shown in the provided diagram.
