Question:

Im headed to Germany with the military and it appears that my hitch rack will require a license plate bracket and possibly lights. Do you have some kit or parts where I can retrofit brake lights and a license plate bracket/light to my hitch rack and connect to my trailer harness?

For the license bracket, we have the etrailer License Plate and Tail Light Mounting Brackets for Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier, part # e98943-44. It not only allows you to mount a license plate but also the LED lights below. I've linked to a video review of these brackets for you to look at.
