Adding a License Plate Bracket and Lights to a Hitch-Mounted Cargo Carrier

Im headed to Germany with the military and it appears that my hitch rack will require a license plate bracket and possibly lights. Do you have some kit or parts where I can retrofit brake lights and a license plate bracket/light to my hitch rack and connect to my trailer harness?

It sounds like you are needing a license plate bracket and lights for your hitch-mounted cargo carrier. We have just the thing here.
For the license bracket, we have the etrailer License Plate and Tail Light Mounting Brackets for Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier, part # e98943-44. It not only allows you to mount a license plate but also the LED lights below. I've linked to a video review of these brackets for you to look at.
As for the lights themselves, we have the etrailer LED Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, Pro Series, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers, part # 98174LED. It links to your vehicle's 4-way to provide turn, running, and stop lights. I've linked to a video review of these lights as well.
