You mentioned part number 216657 which I could not find anywhere. I did, however, find Replacement Joint Assembly Hardware Kit for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC216567. This replaces the hardware in 1 joint assembly on your single, double, or triple electric Lippert Coach Step or Stromberg Carlson sliding step and is used in Kwikee setup. Perhaps this is what you were looking for. It is self-lubricating and comes with the following parts:
5/16"-18 Diameter x 1-1/4" long hex-head shoulder bolt
5/16" Tall bronze bushing with 1/2" outer diameter and 3/8" inner diameter
5/16"-18 Diameter locknut
3/8" Diameter washer with black zinc finish
