Can this inner hitch be installed on a trailer that uses set screws to lock the inner tube? My trailer has the bulldog hitch with two set screws.. Thanks

I believe what you are looking for is actually the part # BD0287690300. This coupler tube is 4-1/2 inches in overall diameter and is designed to have set screws secure it in place to the outer tube.
I can't recommend the B and W you mentioned for that.
